Alex Pissios, along with IFA, are celebrating the growth the film industry has experienced in the Chicagoland area. The local community, creatives, the arts, and filmmakers all attended the Fall Into Film Block Party event, which is held annually. The event, which was held on Saturday, October 23rd, took place at Cinespace Chicago Film Studios. The event featured live music, popular food trucks, and a virtual silent auction. The event was put in place by Acheron and Wintrust Productions. The event could not have taken place without the efforts of the organizations. The event was initiated because the IFA believes the film community needs support in order to succeed and thrive in the city of Chicago. The IFA is a nonprofit organization that helps to provide resources to keep a sustainable film industry while supporting independent creators.
