Furthermore, Macrina Kgil has always been an asset to the firm. During her tenure, she managed to help restructure liability, acquire and dispose of assets, and take several companies public.

Humble Beginnings

Macrina Kgil started her career in PwC, where she worked as a capital market translation advisor and an auditor. During her time there, she advised a giant alternative asset firm known as Fortress to go public.

She also worked on taking OneMain Holdings, previously known as Springleaf Holdings, public. And also leveraged her expertise, having worked as a Chief Finance Officer at a public company to establish innovative processes that would support over 100+ entities, part of Capital Holdings, a 1.5 Billion Dollar Fund. A move she was able to accomplish with the help of a great team that she formed.
